The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) had vide its circular no. MIRSD/SE/CIR 19/2009 dated 3 Dec 2009 mandated that all the clients who opt to deal in the Derivative Segment have to necessarily submit documentary evidence of their financial details every year before 01 April starting from the current financial year to avail the trading facility in Derivatives. This message has been continously flashing on our website.

We wish to inform that for customers who have not submitted the self declaration letter and the self certified copy of the latest Income Tax Returns the trading facility in derivatives has been deactivated effective Begin of day 1 Jul 2010.

In case you wish to reactivate the derivatives trading facility in your account you are requested to submit the self declaration letter (format given below) along with the latest Income Tax Returns at the earliest.

In case you have not filed the ITR for the current financial year please call or mail at the customer care desk at the following numbers or email id for alternative solutions.
